    How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?

    We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 3-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.

     

    How long do you take to dispatch an order?

    The duration of dispatching an order depends on the type of order you have placed. Types of order are:

    In-stock items (Items that we stock in our warehouse At Gurgaon) These items are dispatched the same or the next day of order placement.

    JIT Items (Just-in-time Items): These items are procured from vendors on receiving your confirmation on an order. It takes 2-7 business days to dispatch JIT orders after you have placed an order.

    We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case you have placed a mixed order of In-stock, JIT.  We sub-divide your order and dispatch it in parts, shipping the earliest available items first.

    At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over phone, email and SMS to keep you updated.

     

    Return Policy:

    • We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at WWW.FIRST NUTRITION.IN - you can return any item within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.


    If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we'll gladly take it back within 3 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer or anything relevently possible only after receiving the product back from you in intact condition.

     

    • If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at firstnutrition27@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue
    • WWW.FIRST NUTRITION.IN (store credit) a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

    • Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product
    • Fitness Equipment: There is no return policy for any fitness equipment unless it is damaged in transit.
    • Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
      1.Damages due to misuse of product
      2.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
      3.Any consumable item which has been used or installed
      4.Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
    • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

    • You can Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

     

    Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs ( only where issue from our side). For Returns where customer mind change sudden, courrier cost to be beared by customer itself.

    If you wish to cancel your order, you will receive return payment within 7 working days, after the deduction of processing Charges. And if the order is dispatched already, then a deduction of shipping fees will also be there along with RTO Charge ( a total of 2x of shipping charges ) 

    Example: if shipping is 100 INR then 200 INR in total will be deducted from the amount paid. And 2% Extra

     However, we would require an unboxing video of the product because it’s a healthcare product. We will need the unboxing video to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing refund and replacement. Below are the other return and cancellation policy basis which you can replace or refund the item.

    1. Do not acknowledge any product/item that looks tampered at the time of receiving the product.
    2. Please make an unboxing video while opening the packaging as supporting evidence, if you find a broken seal or any damage to the product.
    3. Do not break the seal of the product, in case of any doubts or queries concerning the product authenticity.
    4. Once the product/item seal is broken; we do not accept return or replacement for the product.
    5. 2-way shipping/traveling charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
    6. Please Note: We will not be able to refund or replace the product if the above mentioned points are not followed.

      Recommendation: Some products like BCAA, pre-workout and, other dietary supplements are hygroscopic and they will tend to form lumps. Although the supplements are 100% safe to consume, we recommend shaking the product firmly to break down the lumps and dissolve in the water. 

      For any product related queries, we request you to email or contact the respective brand.

      Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged/ wrong item, or if any item is missing in my order?

      A: If you find a defective, damaged or wrong item as per information on our website or if any item is missing as per ordered quantity, please send a screenshot of the products’ outer packaging, MRP Holograph, item Batch Number and images of items received with invoice copy to our customer care at firstnutrition27@gmail.com or whatsup us on …(contact no-9466936939)… (10 am to 6 pm business days).

      Once you elevate the issue, we will look over the same and you shall get a revert in 24-48 hrs. In case if the issue is from the respective brand, then we might escalate the concern to the brand or importer. However, in those situations, the procedure might take more than the usual time.

      As soon as the investigation is over, we will schedule a reverse pickup .
